Organic Valerian Tincture

Our Valerian 2oz tincture contains dried organic valerian roots cut and alcohol. 

Fresh herb extracts are concentrated plant therapy that are better absorbed by the body than dried herbs and capsules. They should be used at their lowest effective dose. Suggested dose varies by extract. Consult individual labels for dosage. Tinctures can be taken directly under the tongue, in a small amount of water, or juice. When stored in a cool dark place extracts have a shelf life of 2-4 years. 

Valerian has been used to assist in restful sleep, relieve stress and muscle tension.
